Nicole Smith was forced into photography by her sister. Growing up with a sister who works in TV and film, and is also a dancer, Nicole was always asked to take photos to build a portfolio. After continuous encounters with the camera, Nicole began to enjoy the challenge of creating narratives and using nature as a studio. Nicole’s photography has a focus on people and subtle movement with a moody, earthy tone that has a strong sense of space. Her inspiration comes from the scenes of nature around her.
